Course Summary

Our Pearson BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management is delivered in partnership with University Centre Somerset College Group, providing you with a comprehensive foundation in contemporary hospitality practices. This management-focused qualification equips you with practical skills across hospitality accounting, digital marketing, customer experience, and talent management.

You'll develop leadership and management skills for service industries, gaining insight into how different hospitality functions operate including events and conferences, food and beverage, front-office services, and accommodation management.

We accept a range of qualifications that meet or exceed 64 UCAS tariff points:

  • A Levels in relevant subjects (hospitality, business, tourism)
  • BTEC Level 3 qualifications in Hospitality or Business
  • Access to Higher Education Diploma
  • International qualifications assessed on individual merit
  • Equivalent Level 3 qualifications
  • Mature students with relevant hospitality industry experience
